Kathee Rebernak

Kathee has 23 years of experience as a strategic advisor and communicator. A former commercial-litigation attorney whose clients included NationsBank (now Bank of America), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Resolution Trust Corporation, Kathee advises global corporations on corporate strategy, managing for sustainability, and communicating corporate performance.

In 2003 she founded Framework LLC, a consultancy that helps companies understand, improve, and communicate their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance in the context of business risk and opportunity, financial results, and brand equity. Kathee is primarily responsible for the firm’s consulting work with clients on corporate strategy and ESG integration into strategy and operations.

Kathee publishes and speaks frequently on the strategic value of sustainable business practices. She serves on the Ethical Corporation editorial advisory board, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Advisory Council, and the board of directors of Cornerstone Capital Inc. In addition, Kathee has served as a guest lecturer at the Center for Business and the Environment at Yale (CBEY) Business and the Environment Consulting Clinic since 2009.

Kathee holds a B.A. in English from the University of Missouri at Columbia and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. She lives in Nyack, New York, with her husband and two children and serves on the board of trustees of the Green Meadow Waldorf School in Chestnut Ridge, New York.
