The report contains information on how MetLife has managed environmental, social and governance issues, including social impact investments, customer service, product access, employee programs, workplace diversity, environmental stewardship and philanthropy.
Throughout the report, MetLife indicates how its actions align with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs, demonstrating the company’s support of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
