Framework LLC is a respected consultancy that specializes in helping leading companies build trust, reduce risk, and create value by improving their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and performance. We are looking for a resourceful, motivated individual to help run our office, coordinate day-to-day operations, and assist and support executives.
In this role, it is essential that you are well organized, detail-oriented and efficient. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are proactive, resourceful, and dependable.
You’re an expert at prioritizing tasks and managing time, and you’re quick on the uptake. Once we provide direction, you are happy/able to work and learn independently, communicating your progress on a regular basis. You are ethical, discreet in handling personal or sensitive information, and have high quality standards.
At the same time, you are a consummate professional (no drama!), have a positive attitude, and work well with/respect others.
Document management; receipt organization and filing
Assisting with events planning and ad-hoc projects as needed
Updating and filing all contracts, terms, and renewals for licenses and office systems
Ordering and keeping track of office supplies
Light bookkeeping and invoice management
Lifting/ carrying objects less than thirty pounds
Pitching in wherever appropriate to support smooth office functioning
Scheduling business meetings, calls, internal projects and business travel
Email review and task prioritization
Providing administrative support and research assistance as needed
College graduate and/or significant relevant work experience preferred
Minimum 3-5 years administrative work experience
Comfortable with both Windows and Mac environments; skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience a plus
